Experienced (Visual) Designer
We are looking for coffee with a mid-weight or senior designer who just can't shut up about what design should be. Someone who has confidence in the quality of their work and wants a creative team that will put them in exciting high-profile projects. We want to meet you cause your design is what makes everyone's work worth it. What you create makes your colleagues and clients go, "Damn! That's so much better than I dreamed it". You will work with the Creative Director to set standards for all work going out of the agency. While this role demands extensive experience in the UI/UX process, you will have the opportunity to flex on other design categories like print and identity.
In-depth knowledge of design and how design patterns can be stretched
Powerpoint etc. (a few of these are pretty essential)
Proficient with Sketch or Figma, Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, Keynote/
Familiar with rapid prototyping
Up to speed with digital developments and trends
Good presentation and communication skills
Able to formulate an end vision and explain it to clients and stakeholders
