Sr. Client Partner (Strategic Accounts)
About the position
As Senior Client Partner - strategic accounts, you play a pivotal role in driving growth for Assist Digital Netherlands. You combine commercial acumen with strategic thinking to expand relationships with key clients and open new opportunities in CX, CRM & Automation, Tech & Data.
You act as a trusted advisor to clients and a strategic sparring partner internally, bridging our expertise across CX, tech, and data to help clients realize customer intimacy at scale.
You will have a senior individual contributor role with direct impact on our growth and market position in the Netherlands. You will be part of the Commercial team and report directly to the CCO.

Core responsibilities
Strategic Business Growth
Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients, focusing on long-term value creation and joint business growth.
Build and nurture multi-level relationships across clients, from operational teams to C-suite executives (e.g., CMOs, CDOs, COOs).
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and translate them into actionable, data-backed proposals.
Conduct periodic executive business reviews and define shared growth objectives in collaboration with client stakeholders.
Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within the Dutch, German & UK markets.
Conduct market and customer analyses to pinpoint emerging needs and translate emerging signals into revenue opportunities before they become briefs.
Manage the business growth lifecycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to pitch, negotiation, and deal closure of your own leads.
Collaboration & Proposition
Collaborate closely with our strategy, design, technology, and data teams to craft tailored solutions that drive measurable impact.
Actively contribute to positioning and refining the Assist Digital NL proposition in the market, reinforcing our image as the agile alternative to large consultancies.
Ensure a smooth transition of projects to Delivery and Account Management teams while staying strategically involved in key accounts.
What you bring
7+ years of commercial experience within a digital agency, tech company, or consultancy environment.
Proven success in growing strategic key accounts and closing mid-market to enterprise deals.
A strong network in CX, digital transformation, or technology sectors.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools.
Trusted advisor presence with the ability to align strategy, technology, and customer experience transformation at C-level.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fluent in Dutch and English (C1+).
A strategic and analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, entrepreneurial 'Business Builder' approach.
Willingness to travel for client meetings or international collaboration within the Assist Digital Group.
